I went to get my eyebrows threaded for the first time in liberty today. Suneeta was amazing, she explained everything that needed to be done to shape my brows correctly and was pleasant to talk to. I will definitely be coming back!

I was lucky to get a walk-in appointment on a Friday lunchtime. Just a heads-up that a few people came in after me and were turned away, so I’d definitely recommend booking in advance if you can. One thing to note is that the location is listed incorrectly on Google Maps, which made it a bit tricky to find. It’s actually inside Liberty London, so allow a little extra time to get there if it’s your first visit. As it was my first time, they let me know they usually recommend a patch test the day before for the tint, but I was able to sign a waiver instead, which was helpful. The lady who did my brows was friendly and listened to what I wanted. I had a thread and tint, and I was really happy that the colour came out just right (not too dark) which can sometimes happen. The shape was fine, and my brows looked good overall, but I wasn’t completely wowed. Some salons go that extra mile to elevate your brows and this one didn’t quite hit that mark for me. Still, a solid option for a central, professional brow service, just not the most exceptional I’ve had.
